All you have to do is stay consistent and show up. (which shouldn’t be hard, because you’ll actually enjoy coming to this gym).

OUR FACILITY

The newer addition of the two facilities, the warehouse-style layout of Waterloo exudes an atmosphere of strength. Situated in the thick of the action at a central city suburb, the gym boasts a spacious layout that is filled to the brim with every piece of equipment you need to transform the way you look, move and feel. 

Body By Brando Waterloo offers a variety of morning and evening classes 6 days a week, as well as one-on-one personal training throughout the day to really hone in on technique and skill. 

With university-qualified personal trainers, you will be sure to receive a 5-star treatment no matter what membership option you choose. Both the class workouts and individual programs are versatile, scalable and stimulating (both mentally and physically). This, combined with regular Success Sessions where you get one-on-one time with your allocated coach, is all the accountability and support you need to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
