What is it?

We have designed this program to “bridge the gap” between typical bodybuilding programs and Crossfit style programming in order to make athletes who are both strong, fit and structurally functional. 

  1. Typical Bodybuilding programs are often too isolated and lack the functionality required to live a life of freedom. 

  2. CrossFit programs can only really be done from a functional space and often miss the mark by trying to do too much. 

We’ve combined the best of both worlds by designing a program that incorporates functional movements through a large range of motion, lean muscle building and elements of conditioning so that you can look good, move well and become pain-free.

Nope. You can cancel anytime.

To cancel your membership, complete the cancellation request form on our website 7 days  before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Once submitted of our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any cancelled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.

 

The programs are all designed with 3 working days and 2 x recovery days
