WHAT YOU WILL learn

Increase range, relax into a parasympathetic state with some soft tissue regeneration so that you come out feeling fully recovered and bulletproof 

 

This is not your typical yoga or stretch session.

This will be 30-45 minutes worth of full body optimisation, which will become your favourite session of the week.

 

Too many people flog themselves everyday, adding stress upon stress to their already chronically-inflamed bodies.

 

This session is designed specifically to help you work-in, rather than work-out.

Depositing energy into your body, rather than constantly draining your body’s account. 

 

Throughout the weeks, there will be elements of:

 

  • Mindset and breathing 
  • Loaded and targeted flexibility for increased 
  • Outer range development for strength through range and muscular destruction and hypertrophy
  • inner range activations for Soft tissue regeneration (tendon and muscular construction) 
  • Foam rolling and trigger point techniques to desensitise neuromuscular tonality 
  • Some key learnings 

 

The sessions will remain the same for 3 weeks in a row, so that you have time to create a base and learn the motor patterns in week 1, build your capacity in week 2 and then peak with some overload in week 3. 

 

Too often we try and choose too many things, forcing us into “paralysis by analysis”. So we will be keeping these sessions simple to increase adherence. 

 

We won’t be able to cover everything every week, but if you hang in there long enough, we will eventually reach all areas to achieve a bulletproof body.

If you have any specific areas of concern, you can feel free to add them in as you please.
