Who it’s for

Whilst we may all have our own unique goals, we know that that fundamentally most of us want to live the best year’s of our life in the best shape of our life. 

Most of us are sick of feeling weak, fat or injured (or all 3) 

In short, we want a program that will enable us to transform the way we look, move, think and feel. (The 4 P’s from above) 

So, our programs are for you. 

Each program will fundamentally help you increase strength through a large range of motion so that you can improve your performance and stay injury-free. The nutrition that we will send you will help you manipulate your physique. 

The only difference between our programs is the level of skill that you’d prefer to undertake. (Note: this can be changed at any time)

Functional Bodybuilding. This is to bridge the gap between typical bodybuilding programs and CrossFit styled programs so that you can look good and move well.

This is for people who have an acute shoulder injury and are looking to get out of pain. This stage of rehab is designed to ensure you create a neuromuscular connection and blood-flow, without overloading the shoulder or causing more inflammation.

YOUR BURNING FAQ’S ANSWERED

There is no minimum level of fitness for the BUILD 1.0 program. We have designed this program to be easy enough for beginners to follow along, however, challenging enough for advanced athletes. All of our movements come with an in-depth movement tutorial video, which will feel like having a personal trainer in the palm of your hand. 

You can go week by week, or month by month and cancel anytime. Our program is designed in 3 week phases for a 12 week block. We currently have 36 weeks of programming in stall for you, and will continue building more as we go. 

There will be 5 days of programming per week. 3 days on, 1 day off, followed by 2 more days on (however, you can actually do it in whichever order you’d like) 

We are looking to develop as much strength as we can, through the largest range of motion possible, so that you can perform at your peak and stay injury free. 

For this program, you will need access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rower or bike and other bits and pieces. We have designed this to be done from any commercial gym or home-gym set-up. 

We are also in the process of setting up a home-gym partnership with a company that will provide you with a home gym set-up. 

If you don’t have this equipment, we do have a home program you can do with either your bodyweight, or just a single DB. once you sign up, just let us know and we can set you up. 

You certainly can, The reason we pulled it down was because most people didn’t have access to a Functional fitness gym or even if they did, weren’t able to complete the movements. You can access our daily WODS here

That’s more than ok. We can get you set up on our “Fundamentals: Learn to Lift” program for a few weeks which will ease you into the movements and get you set up for success. Just let us know via email once you’ve tried the BUILD program and we can get you set up on a more beginner friendly program. (PS: there is nothing wrong with being new to fitness, we love helping beginners feel welcome and would rather you be open with us so we can help you) 

Totally up to you. Just choose from one of the buttons above and get yourself signed up to whichever suits you best. 

 

You are able to put your membership on hold for up to seven weeks if you are injured, busier than usual or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete.

We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum of seven weeks. Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms.
