INSTEAD, WE:

  • Onboard you with 2 x 1:1 sessions and make sure you’re competent & confident with your movement and nutrition roadmap before throwing you into the deep end.
  • Help beginners and intermediate members transform their functional fitness into a level where their training enhances their life. Some of our members forge some incredible levels of fitness over the years, but it’s not the expectation.
  • Help you understand the importance of volume and intensity - so that you can be in it for the long haul.
  • Provide active accountability so that you know your “next right thing”.
  • Get an upfront 6 week commitment so that we can get you an amazing result - and then work with you to set recurring checkpoints after that.
  • Have moderately sized groups and meticulously crafted programs so that we can monitor and manage all clients and the same time. We have a unique coaching style that ensures your every lift is watched under the careful eyes of our experienced coaches.
  • Provide a supportive community that fosters encouragement and empowers you to work on you.
