Male Level Calculator
Complete each test to reveal your overall fitness level.
We have created this test to be as broad as possible and include all aspects of what we consider to be “functionally fit” across the 10 physical skills and adaptations.
This includes aspects of strength through range, power, speed, coordination, flexibility, skills, cardiovascular endurance and anaerobic thresholds.
By increasing your levels across the board, you are becoming a well rounded athlete and striving towards peak physical fitness.
A word in advance, the levels are pretty tough, but it’s not to discourage you, it’s to help provide honest feedback on what you should be focusing your energy on this year
Due to constraints of the calculator, not completing some of these workouts as prescribed (Rx) means you will score 0. Do not be discouraged by this. This is just an indication that there is an area of your fitness that we can help you achieve.
E.g. If you aren’t able to perform the muscle ups in Amanda, then let’s work on getting you muscle ups.
