The BBB level method involves a combination of strength ratios across the key lifts, historical CrossFit data and years of Body By Brando data to bring you a comprehensive level method where you can assess your fitness level so you know how you stack up and what you need to work on to reach your true physical capacity. We have utilised a combination of 23 physical adaptations and tests to see how broad your physical capacity is, which ultimately defines your fitness level.
