Step 1
Choose your gym

We have 3 gym locations within New South Wales. Each comes complete with state of the art equipment, amazing coaches and a great community experience.

Step 2
Book a Discovery Call

Fill in the form for your preferred gym and book a time so that we can find out a little more about what you’re looking for and where we can help most. We can only take on a certain number of clients at any one time, so we want to make sure you’ll be a good fit.

Step 3
Choose your 6-week transformation package

Your first 6-weeks is the best time to get results whilst you're motivated and ready to go. Choose from one of the following packages

A) 3 x PT / week - "Total Transformation Package"

B) 2 x PT / week - "The Executive Package"

C) 1 x PT/ Week - "The Hybrid Package"

D) Group Training Package

The good news is you’ve already done the hard part. Getting started. We’ll take it from here. We have the program, the nutrition and accountability to make sure you get results in 6 weeks. All you have to do is stay consistent and show up.
