Easy! Just follow this link and book a discovery call with one of our expert coaches. This is where we chat about your goals, level of commitment, any previous training and nutrition experience, or hurdles you may have faced in the past. 

Together we  will then come up with the most suitable solution to help you transform the way you look, move and feel! 

After that, we’ll organise a time for you to complete 3 x 1:1  fundamentals sessions where we assess, address and progress you through all the movements and nutrition strategies you’ll need to be set up for success at BBB.

BBB is driven to “create an environment which expands what people think is humanly possible and then help them actually achieve it.” 

We do this by delivering science-backed training and nutrition programs that redefine functional fitness for the everyday athlete. We are relentless on our movement standards because we know the direct impact it has on moving well, increasing performance and decreasing the risk of injury. This is (in part) what led to us building on the concept of “Range of Strength.”

We also want to expand beyond the four walls of the gym. We want to educate and inspire people OUTSIDE of the gym to truly encapsulate what it means to be “fit and healthy.” We’ve already put several platforms in place to make this happen – it’s more than a pipe dream for us.

 Our ultimate goal and passion is to transform the way people look, move and feel. We want to reach as many individuals as possible and transform them to be the best versions of themselves, whether that be through training, nutrition, education or lifestyle enhancement.

We draw similar methodologies and inspiration for our style of training from CrossFit, however we are not officially affiliated with the brand.

We offer different levels of scaling in workouts and different commitments for each membership package, so most people can find something that suits their needs. 

Our gym generally attracts people who share similarities in the way they want to move, feel and what they want to achieve; generally they want to look good, work on being the fittest version of themselves, become and stay moving pain-free, or make friends and belong to a community (or all of the above!). 

If you find yourself questioning whether it’s for you during your time as a member, our coaches are always available to talk through any concerns you may have. Often the things we don’t like are the things we aren’t good at yet, but remember we are all beginners at some point. And if there is a way we can help you remove those barriers, trust that our experienced coaches and trainers will do our best to get you there.

BBB is a sports science gym. Everything we do is purposeful and deliberate. We are redefining functional fitness for the everyday athlete so they can expand what they think is humanly possible and then actually achieve it. We’re creating a new standard of personal and small group coaching, which goes beyond the four walls of the gym. 

We are more than a training system, we are creating an education system which encapsulates the holistic view of what it truly means to be FIT!  A combination of nutrition, strength through range, conditioning and mental resilience. All whilst being part of a community that values chasing excellence.

Whilst other gyms may get you in the door and give you a relentless sweat session, we don’t guarantee you a workout day-in dayout – we guarantee you results. BBB will, quite literally, transform the way you look, move and feel.

Unfortunately we don’t do Free Class trials, however, we do offer a free 15 minute discovery session over the phone or in person. Because we aren’t a standard gym or group class, and because you deserve more than a cookie cutter approach, we like to create an individual experience for each member that comes through our doors.

To do this, we start with an in depth phone call and follow it up with 4 x 1:1 Fundamental sessions where we assess your current nutrition and movement standards, address anything out of the ordinary and help you progress through your individual action steps to make sure you’re set up for success. There is no minimum level of fitness for our groups, however, we do require you to pass our ‘fundamentals assessments’ before joining the groups. Because our training style is quite unique and we incorporate some highly skilled movements, with an emphasis on movement quality, we may require you to complete some more Personal training sessions. If there is a safety issue or we think you will be better suited to Personal training, we will let you know and help you decide.

At the end of the day, we want you to feel comfortable, be safe and get results.

That’s more than okay. Our expert coaches have designed a package for you which will walk you through every step of the way.

We will start you with the fundamentals package and then progress you onto either PT or Small Group Training depending on your ability and your goals.

We keep our groups small enough that we can give individualised coaching but big enough where there is still a vibe and atmosphere. We cap our classes at 14 per session to ensure you get the attention you need and deserve. Its not one of those gyms where you’re just another number. The coaches create a structured environment where it feels like a personal training session, but shared with a few mates.

Even if you’re a competitive athlete, we will need to take you through a 1 off Personal Training session where we will get baseline tests, assess your motor patterns, analyse your nutrition and help tweak your performance.

We have an expert team of coaches and we are confident we can help even the best of athletes.

Once you’ve decided on a package simply complete the form and one of our friendly coaches will reach out to you.

Totally up to you. We can organise your membership to be on the same day each week, fortnight or month. If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please have a chat to us.

Direct debit is one of the easiest ways to ensure you keep up with your membership payments each week/ month. To discuss an alternative arrangement, come and see us at the front desk.

You are able to put your membership on hold for up to eight  weeks if you are injured, busier than usual or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let us know 1  week in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete.

We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum of eight weeks. Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with our normal cancellation terms. Of course, we would love for you to come back and will be happy to discuss renewing your membership at any time.

To cancel your membership, complete the cancellation request form on our website two weeks before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Once submitted, our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any cancelled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.
