Week 1-6
Transformation Phase

All new members will hit the ground running with an epic functional transformation result whilst you're fresh and motivated.

You and your personal 1:1 coach will decide based on your goals, fitness level and past experience;

- one of our programming options [which is then personalised]

- 3 or 5 day training schedule

- your calorie and macronutrient targets

 

Week 6 Onwards
Maintenance Phase

Once you've gotten your epic results, it's time to ensure that you keep them. 

Choose to remain on the same package and keep improving with your coach, or go on our programming only membership.

Where you can still continue to improve your physique, fitness and flexibility from anywhere in the world.

Given that you've learned the process and gotten the results already, you just have to make sure you keep turning up.

You will then receive a link via email to book your on-boarding call with your personal coach.

Step 3
Go through the 6-week Proagm

Work through your personalised initial 6-week program with the help and guidance of your accountability of your coach.

Step 4
Choose your maintenance program

After 6 weeks, you can continue your program and continue fast-tracking your progress with your coach, or move onto one of our maintenance programs now we've given you the tools to knowledge.

what if i am a beginner?

This program is designed to be infinitely scalable so that it can be personalised to suit your individual needs and physical capabilities. This means, no matter if you are a beginner or advanced athlete in the gym, you can still achieve epic results. 

Your coach will guide you throughout the program to ensure you are hitting the correct
standards and stimulus for that day.

YOUR BURNING FAQ’S ANSWERED

There is no minimum level of fitness for our programming. We have designed this program to be easy enough for beginners to follow along, however, challenging enough for advanced athletes. All of our movements come with an in-depth movement tutorial video, which will feel like having a personal trainer in the palm of your hand. 

6 weeks minimum, with the option. to continue in 6 week increments or, go down to our weekly programming option.

There will be 2 programming options with 3 or 5 days of programming per week with a variety of strength, conditioning, flexibility and skill elements for you to complete in order to become the most well rounded athlete you can. 

We are looking to develop as much strength as we can, through the largest range of motion possible, so that you can perform at your peak and stay injury free. 

For this program, you will need access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rower or bike and other bits and pieces. We have designed this to be done from any commercial gym or home-gym set-up. 

We are also in the process of setting up a home-gym partnership with a company that will provide you with a home gym set-up. 

If you don’t have this equipment, we do have options available to still train using bodyweight methods. and limited equipment such as a single kettlebell or dumbbell. If this is you, please let us know after you sign up so we can set you up accordingly. 

That’s more than ok. We can get you set up on our “Fundamentals: Learn to Lift” program for a few weeks which will ease you into the movements and get you set up for success. Just let us know via email once you’ve tried the program and we can get you set up on a more beginner friendly program. (PS: there is nothing wrong with being new to fitness, we love helping beginners feel welcome and would rather you be open with us so we can help you) 

We have a one off payment requirement. However, if you are keen to join the program but wish to break this up into two payments, please email us at info@bodybybrando.com and reference this page and your situation. 

 

To cancel your membership, complete the cancellation request form on our website, 7-days before you plan to cancel and we will arrange this to be done for you.
