How do you stack up? Standards and Levels of BBB

At BBB, we are constantly striving to become better versions of ourselves.

Sometimes, it's hard to see how far you've come because you're always working on so many new skills.

Other times it's overwhelming to know where you're going because of all the new information and constantly changing workouts.

So we've created some levels to test yourself and give you something to work towards.

A roadmap of where you're going well, what you can improve on which incorporates multi-dimensional testing components including: strength, conditioning, strict gymnastics, high rep gymnastics and mobility. 

We will constantly adapt these measurements as we see fit and should be taken with a grain of salt. 

Do not be discouraged or disheartened if you aren't making waves just yet, see it as an opportunity to grow as an athlete.
